训练器软件Trainer Software

采用莱特兄弟自主研发仿真架构,其核心 Core 通过自主知识产权的多线程技术,最高运行频率可达 400Hz,满足模拟机鉴定要求。仿真主机 Host 通过 Etheme 与仿真驾驶舱、操纵负荷系统、仿真单元显示以及视景系统通信,为飞行训练营造了逼真的训练环境。其软件核心架构依据真实飞机 ATA 章节构建,可接入主机厂数据包如飞机仿真模型、飞行模型、动力系统模型、飞行控制模型、航电系统模型等。数据包以外的系统如 TCAS、EGPWS、WXR、FMS 等均为莱特兄弟自主研发完成。此套自研架构还拥有环境模型、仿真提示等系统接口,并提供了完善的 QTG、IOS、SimExplorer 等工具集。是目前国际领先的模拟机仿真架构。

Uses the Wright Brothers’ independently developed simulation architecture, its core using multithreading technology, optimizing software for hardware, capable of stably operating at up to 400HZ, meeting the integration needs of aircraft manufacturer data packages, reaching an international leading level. This software core architecture can integrate models from aircraft manufacturer data packages, such as flight model,power system model, flight control model, avionics system model, etc. Based on this architecture, the Wright Brothers developed the environmental model and key avionics systems, such as TCAS, EGPWS, WXR, FMS, etc., and provided a comprehensive toolkit including QTG, IOS, SimExplorer. The simulation architecture and software run on the simulation host, which communicates with the cockpit simulation system, control loading system, instrument simulation system, and visual system via Ethernet, creating a realistic training environment for flight

training.

训练器硬件Trainer hardware

全舱硬件由莱特兄弟自主研发完成,其硬件包括带操纵负荷的正副驾驶联动驾驶杆、带操纵负荷的正副驾驶联动脚舵、前后顶板、主仪表板、后电子面板、全动油门、断路器墙及驾驶员座椅。设备采用仿真内饰。用户可根据航空公司及航校场地选装球形虚像视景系统、球形实像视景系统、柱幕视景系统。训练器硬件仅有部分货架类成品部件来自市场采购,设备稳定性好,用户使用售后成本低。设备可用于航校、航空公司的飞行员培训。

 

The full cabin hardware is independently developed by the Wright Brothers, including control-loaded pilot and co-pilot linked control sticks,control-loaded pilot and co-pilot linked rudder pedals, overhead panels, main instrument panel, aft electronic panel, full-motion throttle, circuit breaker wall, and pilot seats. The equipment uses simulated interiors.Users can choose from a spherical virtual image visual system, a spherical real image visual system, or a column screen visual system based on the airline and flight school’s site. The trainer hardware consists partly of off-the-shelf components, providing good equipment stability and low post-sale costs for users. The equipment is suitable for flight training at flight schools and airlines.
